Advanced Tax Filing
Intermediate Tax Filing Plus:
- Multiple Sole Proprietorships
- Multiple Rental Properties
- More than three state filings
$995+ Fee
Accounting and Bookkeeping Services
- Monthly or Quarterly Review of Accounts
- Reconciliations of Business Bank Accounts and Credit Cards
- Preparation of Financial Statements, including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets
$499 Flat Fee
Business Registration Services
Register a new limited liability company or corporation
- Prepare Articles of Incorporation
- Submit Documents to the State
- Obtain EIN number
$750 Flat Fee
Plus State Registration Fees (varies by State)
Sales Tax Returns
- Prepare New York State Sales Tax Return
- Submit Quarterly or Annual Sales Tax Return
