Intermediate Tax Filing

Basic Tax Filing Plus:

  • Sole Proprietorship/ Self Employed
  • Rental Property or K-1

$450 – $650 Flat Annual Fee

 

Advanced Tax Filing

Intermediate Tax Filing Plus:

  • Multiple Sole Proprietorships
  • Multiple Rental Properties
  • More than three state filings

$995+  Fee

 

Accounting and Bookkeeping Services

  • Monthly or Quarterly Review of Accounts
  • Reconciliations of Business Bank Accounts and Credit Cards
  • Preparation of Financial Statements, including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets

$499 Flat Fee 

Business Registration Services

Register a new limited liability company or corporation

  • Prepare Articles of Incorporation
  • Submit Documents to the State
  • Obtain EIN number

$750 Flat  Fee

Plus State Registration Fees (varies by State)

 

Sales Tax Returns

  • Prepare New York State Sales Tax Return
  • Submit Quarterly or Annual Sales Tax Return
